The girls did pretty well at this gymnastics meet. Our level nines were the only level 9s at the meet, so Brianna got first on vault, bars, beam, floor and all around, and Kayt got second. Jaysea, the only level 6 from DSG, got first on all-around, 2nd on beam, 2nd on vault, and 1st on floor!
I coach the level 4s and 5s so I will describe there meet a little more.
The level four, Mikah, did better than the last meet she attended. She stuck her beam routine and she did her backhand by herself on floor. She suprisingly made her first stride circle on bars! She got in the 4th place group in all around.
The level 5s did well. They took 7th as a team. Rylee got the second highest beam score at the meet! Rylee and Cathy got in the third place all around group, and kaya got in the second place group. Nellie got her backhands on floor! The girls rocked on beam. We just need to work on bars a lot more!
